Kent Barker

OUT OF TIME: Photographs from the Ageless Landscape of Taos

Kent Barker is a nationally known commercial/editorial photographer who recently moved back to Dallas after spending a number of years living and working on his art in Taos, New Mexico. His work has been widely published, and he has authored one book. He was born (1952) and raised in Winter Park Florida. He began to pursue photography after a knee injury forced him to give up a classical dance scholarship at the Jeoffrey Ballet in 1971.

All photographs are archival injets (Epson 7600 with Ultrachrome inks), printed on Somerset Satin archival watercolor paper. Most are 16 x 20 inches, with the panoramic images being somewhat longer. All photographs are limited to 150 copies and sell for $600.00
